Objective

VAPH, fashion and apparel high-flyers enlisted our help to revamp their existing e-commerce store to represent its style, drive engagement with their fashionista prospects and expand their footprint across new geographies.

Work

We started off by fashioning an ideal user interface, a responsive e-commerce store and a Facebook store for all digitally inclined shopaholics. To make sure no one had trouble with paying for and receiving their orders, we ensured seamless integration with the logistics partner and secure integration with the payment gateway. To get more great content out there, we also managed VAPH’s blog and went real-time with the social media integration. We also reached out to all fashionistas across devices and channels. For all the prospects spreading the word and the style, we created exciting referral and loyalty programs. It goes without saying (but we’ll say it anyway) that all content we created was search engine optimized and backed by analytics driven insights. We also made things easier for VAPH by optimizing their workflow to increase sales and centralizing their inventory management system.
Also to get more people to open their eyes to VAPH’s amazing collections and look around their e-stores more, we enabled behavioural targeting for website visitors to make sure they didn’t ditch their shopping carts without purchasing. We also created campaigns for Google Shopping, the digital world’s most prolific marketplace, and also helped them with Google Merchant Center set-up. We also created some chic creatives and dynamic ads to draw prospects in further.

Impact

Our work for VAPH got the stamp of approval from their fashion police prospects, improving visibility of their e-store. The responsive website we created increased customer engagement by 34% and mobile usage by a massive 112%.
